Brazilian Portuguese and Literatures: From Local Power to Global Insertion, in Difference

Abstract

What would it be to internationalize the Portuguese language and its literatures before the contradictions of the linguistic-literary field in the Brazilian scientific system and its public policy? This question presupposes a general objective: to explore the local work force with Brazilian Portuguese and its literatures as a global agency. The methodology indicates how from the research of language and languages, since the scientific initiation jr. in state colleges, through scientific initiation in undergraduate letters, postgraduate programs, it is possible not only to map national and international institutions on the subject, but, above all, create the conditions for speakers and writers to acquire language is an instrument for combating the linguistic, cultural, territorial and ontological eviction orders promoted by imperialism and its exclusionary and reactionary globalization. One of the main results, beyond the cosmopolitanism of this resistance work, is to envision a new mediation role for a carat scientific association of ANPOLL (National Association of Graduate Studies and Research in Letters and Linguistics) with sections in each state of the federation, in which a new associate, the community, is a factor of inclusion of the professionals of the Letters, be it undergraduate, or those who are in their practices in the public school system. Being global, locally, is from the point of view of the periphery of the system, an alternative gesture of internationalization, resistance and creation.
